Simply change your plan above, and at the end of that month, you will be switched. Unused hours do not roll over. 

How do I know how many hours have been used?

We use a time tracking tool that is updated in real-time, so you are always aware. If we run over your monthly allotment, we always communicate that so there are no surprises. Alternatively, we are happy to move work into the next billing cycle to save you money, if your schedule allows.
